Your information, explained plainly
Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: August 18, 2026
This policy explains how Framingham Motors handles information submitted through this classic-vehicle website. The site is designed to collect only the information needed to answer a request about a specific automobile.
1. Scope
This policy applies to this website, its vehicle pages, inquiry forms, and live-chat features when enabled. It does not control a third-party website linked from this site; that third party’s policy applies after you leave this site.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Name, telephone number, and email address.
- The vehicle, Stock Number, asking price, purchase preference, delivery interest, and type of information you request.
- Questions or other content entered in a form or live chat.
- Your consent choice for contact by phone, text, or email.
Information collected automatically
- The page and vehicle URL you visited.
- Campaign parameters such as UTM values and
fbclid, when present. - Basic browser, device, log, security, and diagnostic information that may be recorded by the web host or enabled service providers.
This website does not ask for Social Security numbers, driver’s-license numbers, bank credentials, or payment-card information. Do not send that information through an inquiry or chat.
3. How we use information
- Answer questions about the exact vehicle selected.
- Provide an availability response, walk-around video, purchase information, or delivery planning requested.
- Contact you using the method covered by your consent.
- Preserve campaign attribution so the dealership can understand which vehicle and advertisement produced the inquiry.
- Protect, debug, maintain, and improve the website and prevent abuse.
- Meet applicable legal obligations and enforce the Terms of Use.
Contact consent is not a condition of purchasing a vehicle. Message and data rates may apply to texts. The website does not request separate consent for recurring promotional text marketing.
4. When information may be disclosed
Information may be disclosed to authorized dealership personnel and vendors that operate hosting, inquiry delivery, communications, analytics, security, or technical support for this site. When production lead routing is enabled, inquiry details may be stored in a dealership-controlled Google Workspace spreadsheet and duplicated to an authorized dealership Telegram chat so the assigned calling team can respond. Those parties receive information for the services they perform. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud, or support a business transaction involving the dealership.
This website is not designed to sell personal information. Contact consent submitted with a vehicle request is not provided to unaffiliated third parties for their own text-message marketing.
5. Browser storage, analytics, and live chat
The site uses session storage to retain campaign attribution during a browsing session. While the site is in preview mode, a validated test inquiry may be stored locally in that browser instead of being delivered to a sales system. When production inquiry delivery, analytics, advertising measurement, or live chat is enabled, those services may use cookies or similar technologies and receive the information needed to provide their function. This policy should be updated if those production services materially change.
You can restrict cookies or clear site data using browser settings. Some functions may then work differently.
6. Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods can vary by record and system. Reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Your choices and privacy rights
You may ask to review, correct, or delete information associated with your request, or ask the dealership to stop future contact, subject to legal and recordkeeping exceptions. Residents of states with additional privacy rights may submit a request using the contact information below. Identity and authority may need to be verified. The dealership will not discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right.
To stop text messages, reply STOP when that option is available or contact the dealership. For email, use the unsubscribe method provided or contact the dealership.
8. Children
This site concerns vehicle purchases and is not directed to children under 13. The dealership does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the website, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the latest version. Material changes should be reflected before new practices begin where required.
