Buy Back Offer

By enrolling in our Repurchase Assurance, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Initiation of the repurchase request must be made by the buyer via email no later than the 30th calendar day following the online purchase date (the purchase date is considered Day 0).
The vehicle must be fully paid for and situated on the buyer’s premises at the time of initiating the repurchase request.
The buyer must not have transferred or sold the vehicle to any third party or entity subsequent to the online purchase date.
Confirmation of the vehicle’s eligibility for repurchase may take approximately 30 days. An inspection will be arranged and assessed by the program administrator to validate the condition compared to the vehicle details at the time of online purchase.

Eligibility conditions for repurchase include:

The vehicle’s condition must match or exceed the condition indicated on the Equipment Details Page at the time of purchase.
The vehicle must meet the inspection criteria outlined in the Framingham Motors Terms & Conditions at the time of the repurchase request.
The Repurchase Assurance cannot be added or removed post-purchase.

Upon confirmation of the repurchase, the buyer will be notified, and a refund will be processed within 24 to 48 hours of Framingham Motors receiving the transferable title from the buyer.
The vehicle will remain on the buyer’s premises after repurchase under the Repurchase Assurance program until it is collected by one of our representatives (approximately 7 days after the buyer’s refund receipt). The buyer must cooperate with the remarketing process as needed, including allowing inspection access, providing photographs, and facilitating vehicle pickup.

The buyer must exercise commercially reasonable care in storing the vehicle securely, adhering to industry standards. The buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss of the vehicle after repurchase until it is collected from the buyer’s premises.

Framingham Motors reserves the right to impose limits on the number of items for which any buyer may purchase the repurchase policy.
